Dr. Taube is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work who received his Certificate in Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis from The Suffolk Institute in 2000.

Dr. Taube has provided treatment to children, adolescents, adults and couples. As a faculty member of the Suffolk Institute, he provides post graduate education and training to mental health professionals.

Dr. Taube is a former Dean of Students and Vice President for Student Affairs in the SUNY System. He has testified as an expert witness in family court and has served as a consultant to colleges and universities. His community service includes serving as president of the Long Island College Student Personnel Administrators, member of the Board of Directors of Stony Brook Child Care, Vice President of the Board of RESPONSE of Suffolk County, a crisis hotline, and president of the Alumni Association of Stony Brook University’s School of Social Welfare.

Dr. Whitson is a NYS Licensed Psychologist who received his Certificate in Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis from the New York University Postdoctoral Program in Psychotherapy & Psychoanalysis.

Dr. Whitson is the Co-Founder and Trustee of SIPP and a faculty and supervisor at SIPP, the Manhattan Institute for Psychoanalysis and the Derner Institute of Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis at Adelphi University.
