Recurring event see all

Friday, December 11th, 2020 @ 9:30 am 10:30 am

*This event will be held in TWO sessions.

Group facilitator: Amy J. Feldman, Psy.D.

Please join Amy J. Feldman, a NYS-licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in trauma-focused psychotherapy, for a two-part interactive workshop which will examine certain aspects of the impact COVID-19 has had on trauma-exposed populations.

COVID-19 has had mental health consequences across the globe. People suffering from pre-existing conditions face additional struggles as do those with PTSD and/or a chronic history of exposure to trauma. Understanding the impact of COVID-19 on a trauma-exposed population is an important consideration for medical and mental health professionals as it informs their treatment of patients going forward.
